Mole treatment in ayurveda dermatology

In Ayurveda, moles are referred to as “tila” or “krumi”. Ayurvedic treatment for moles depends on the type of mole, its location, and the individual’s overall health.

Here are some Ayurvedic remedies for moles:

  1. Castor Oil: Apply castor oil on the mole and cover it with a bandage. Do this daily for a few weeks until the mole disappears.
  2. Garlic: Crush a few garlic cloves and apply the paste on the mole. Cover it with a bandage and leave it on overnight. Repeat this daily for a few weeks.
  3. Onion Juice: Apply fresh onion juice on the mole and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Repeat this daily for a few weeks.
  4. Triphala Powder: Mix Triphala powder with water to make a paste. Apply this on the mole and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse it off with water. Repeat this daily for a few weeks.
  5. Neem Leaves: Crush fresh neem leaves and apply the paste on the mole. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse it off with water. Repeat this daily for a few weeks.

It is important to note that while Ayurvedic remedies can be helpful, it is important to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner before trying any home remedies. Additionally, if a mole changes in size, color, or shape, it is important to seek medical attention as it could be a sign of skin cancer
